The Securitron AQD6-8C1R2 is a supervised switching power supply designed to power magnetic locks, electric strikes, card readers, sensors, and access control boards. With field-selectable 6A output at 12 or 24 VDC, it serves installers and integrators who need reliable, UL 294 6th Edition-compliant power distribution for comprehensive door security systems.
This unit supports up to two sealed gel, AGM, or wet lead acid batteries and includes a dedicated charging circuit to prevent overvoltage on locking devices.
