Description
The Securitron AQD6-8F8R2 is a supervised switching power supply engineered for access control systems. It powers magnetic locks, electric strikes, card readers, sensors, and control boards while supporting DC cameras and locking equipment. Field-selectable 6A output at 12 or 24 VDC with up to 16 independently controlled, class 2 power-limited outputs and integrated battery charger.
The AQD6 meets UL 294 6th Edition and includes thermal shutdown protection, circuit breaker overcurrent defense, and dedicated battery charging to prevent device overvoltage.
