The Arm-A-Dor A101-013 combines a locking panic bar, built-in alarm, and emergency exit function in one device. Designed for retail, commercial, and institutional backdoors, it prevents break-ins while enabling quick life-safe egress by pushing the panel. The deadbolt bars extend 1.5 inches on each side for maximum security.
This UL-listed hardware meets NFPA 101, ICC A117.1, and UBC codes. It works with BEST key systems and standard mortise cylinders; optional remote switches integrate with time-delay and camera systems.
