The Arm-A-Dor A101-015 combines a locking panic bar, built-in alarm, and emergency egress into one device for retail, commercial, and institutional backdoors. It prevents break-ins while allowing authorized personnel to exit safely, reducing theft and improving life safety compliance without replacing traditional drop bars.
This unit features a deadbolt locking bar extending 1.5 inches on each side, operates with standard mortise cylinders compatible with BEST key systems, and meets UL 10C, UBC 7-2, UL 305, and NFPA 101 codes.
