The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial security solution engineered for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certification. Built with a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and vandal-resistant trim, it handles high-traffic commercial applications with uncompromising strength and durability across offices, institutions, and retail environments.
This mortise lock installs easily into 1-3/4" standard doors (up to 3-1/4" available to order) with field-reversible handing and a nonhanded strike for maximum flexibility.
