The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a Grade 1 commercial-duty solution for office buildings, hotels, and institutional facilities requiring maximum security and durability. It features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible design that simplifies installation across left and right-hand door configurations.
This trim pack fits standard 1-3/4" doors and accommodates up to 3-1/4" thick doors by special order. The lock is UL/cUL fire-rated for up to 3 hours and carries a 10-year mechanical warranty.
