The DormaKaba E-Plex 5086 is an extra heavy-duty electronic mortise lockset designed for high-security entry and egress applications on interior and exterior doors. Supporting up to 100 access codes and 3,000 audit events, it solves the need for keyless access control while maintaining Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA durability and three-hour UL/ULC fire-door rating for demanding commercial environments.
This non-handed mortise lock installs on wood or metal doors with standard four-bolt mounting, requires no wiring, and fits doors 1 5/8 inches to 2 1/8 inches thick with a 2 3/4 inch backset.
