Description
The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, fail-secure electric strike built for extreme institutional and commercial applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it works with bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices featuring 1/2" or 5/8" throw latchbolts on single and paired doors. Its 3-hour fire rating and Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA certification make it ideal for high-security environments where reliability is non-negotiable.
This strike operates at 12VDC continuous duty and is compatible with standard door frame installations. Its horizontally adjustable keeper accommodates typical frame misalignment.
