The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, fail safe electric strike engineered for extreme abuse environments where standard strikes fail. Built entirely from stainless steel, this 3-hour fire-rated device suits bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2" or 5/8" throw latchbolts on single or paired doors.
Compatible with doors requiring UL1034 and UL294 certification, this Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA strike operates at 12VDC (0.51A continuous).
