Description
The Folger Adam 712 24D 630 LBMLCM is an industrial-grade electric strike engineered for heavy-duty applications in hollow metal frames. Featuring all-stainless steel construction, it accommodates cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2" or 5/8" throw latchbolts. This 3-hour fire-rated device solves security and life-safety challenges in demanding commercial and institutional environments.
The strike is UL 10C fire-rated, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for maximum reliability.
