The Folger Adam 712-75 is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it works with cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices in hollow metal frames with 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch throw latchbolts. Ideal for high-abuse environments where durability and fire safety are critical.
This strike fits standard 4-7/8 inch cutouts with modification and features a square corner faceplate for hollow metal frames. It is UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and NYC accepted.
