The HID MicroProx Tag 1391 is a coin-sized adhesive-backed proximity transponder that converts nonmetallic cards, badges, and devices into HID-compatible access credentials. Ideal for facilities upgrading from magnetic stripe or smartcard systems, it eliminates expensive rebadging by simply adhering to existing ID cards, phones, or PDAs to enable proximity access control.
