The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a Grade 1 commercial-duty solution for applications demanding maximum strength and security. Designed for doors up to 3.25 inches thick, it features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible handing. Quick lever installation and a standard nonhanded strike make setup straightforward for installers and facility managers.
This lock is UL/cUL fire-rated for up to 3 hours and certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.13 standards, ensuring long-term durability in high-traffic environments.
