The Yale 8800 Series JNR8862FL mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for commercial doors. Built with reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and UL/cUL fire rating up to 3 hours, it handles demanding institutional and commercial applications where durability and strength are non-negotiable.
Field-reversible handing, quick lever installation, and a standard nonhanded strike simplify setup on 1-3/4" doors. The 6-pin keyed-random cylinder comes with two keys; 7-pin upgrade available.
