The DormaKaba L8148S-05-41 is a mechanical pushbutton lock designed for controlled access between public and private areas without keys, cards, or batteries. Ideal for offices, hospitals, and facilities requiring quick combination changes and vandal-resistant security, this lock eliminates management overhead while maintaining reliable access control.
Compatible with standard 86 mortise preparation on wood or metal doors (1¾ to 2¼ inches thick), the L8148S-05-41 accepts small-format interchangeable cores (Best and equivalents) or large-format removable cores (Medeco, ASSA, Yale, Abloy, Corbin Russwin, Schlage, Sargent).
