The DormaKaba RR8148S-05-41 is a mechanical pushbutton lock designed for keyless access control between public and private areas. Ideal for offices, schools, and facilities managers, it eliminates the need for keys, cards, or batteries. Combinations change in seconds without removing the lock from the door, making it a convenient solution for controlling access and rekeying.
This lock installs on standard 86 mortise preparation for wood or metal doors (1¾ to 2¼ inches thick) and features ADA-compliant levers for accessibility. The RR8148S-05-41 accepts interchangeable cores in small format (Best and equivalents) or removable cores in large format (Medeco, ASSA, Yale, Abloy, Corbin Russwin, Schlage, Sargent; cores sold separately).
