The DormaKaba Simplex LR8146B-026-41 is a mechanical pushbutton lock designed for facilities managers and building owners who need keyless access control between public and private areas. This lock eliminates the need for keys, cards, computers, or batteries. Combinations change in seconds without removing the lock from the door, making it ideal for offices, commercial buildings, and institutions.
This lock fits standard 86 mortise preparation on wood or metal doors (1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick) and features ADA-compliant fixed levers and a 3-hour UL/ULC fire rating. It accepts interchangeable cores in small format (Best and equivalents) and removable cores in large format (Medeco, ASSA, Yale, Abloy, Corbin Russwin, Schlage, Sargent).
