The Falcon MA381B is a heavy-duty mortise lock designed for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. It combines security with durability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers, and an interchangeable core (SFIC) for convenient re-keying without removing the lock from the door.
This right-hand lock accommodates standard door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and UL 3-hour fire ratings.
