The Falcon MA431B is a commercial mortise lock built for high-traffic office, hospital, and educational environments. This ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock combines tough stainless steel components, a mechanical anti-friction latch, and a saw-resistant deadbolt to deliver reliable security and durability without premium pricing.
The MA431B features an interchangeable core (SFIC-compatible) for quick re-keying and accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2". Standard backset is 2-3/4".
