Description
The Falcon MA531B QN 606 is a commercial mortise lock engineered for high-traffic offices, hospitals, educational facilities, and institutional buildings. This heavy-duty lock combines security with reliability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, a 1-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and an interchangeable core (SFIC) for quick re-keying without removing the lock from the door.
The MA531B accommodates standard door thicknesses from 1-3/8 inches to 2-1/2 inches with a fixed 2-3/4 inch backset. It meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and carries a 3-hour UL A fire rating.
