The Falcon MA531CP6 is a heavy-duty mortise lock built for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. This Series 1000 lock combines security with durability, featuring a stainless steel latch bolt, 1-inch dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers, and bind-resistant trim to handle constant daily use without failure.
The interchangeable core design allows quick field re-keying and works with standard SFIC products. It fits door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 and UL 3-hour fire-rating standards.
