The Falcon MA531L is a commercial-grade mortise lock engineered for offices, hospitals, and educational facilities requiring reliable security and durability. Built with a cold-formed steel case and hardened steel components, this ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock handles constant use without compromise. The interchangeable core design simplifies re-keying and cross-manufacturer compatibility.
Designed for standard door thicknesses of 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset, the MA531L features a 1" throw dead bolt, mechanical anti-friction latch, and saw-resistant rollers.
