The Marks USA 5 Series apartment mortise lock body is a Grade 1 certified lockset designed for multi-tenant residential and commercial buildings. Its auto-reverse technology allows you to change handing without disassembling the lock, saving installation time and protecting internal components from damage or contamination.
This 2-3/4" backset lock body fits standard apartment door frames and works with Marks USA lever and knob trims sold separately. All 5 Series locksets are UL listed, BHMA/ANSI certified, and include a lifetime mechanical warranty.
