The Marks USA 5 Series is a Grade 1 mortise lockset designed for apartment buildings and multi-tenant properties. Its AUTO-REVERSE feature allows field handing reversal without disassembly, saving installation time and reducing complexity. The apartment function provides convenient lever operation inside while offering keyway control and deadbolt security from outside.
