The Sargent MD8606J is a Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for metal doors in high-traffic facilities. Ideal for commercial buildings, hospitals, and schools, it combines durable construction with modular design to provide reliable emergency egress and security in one unit, eliminating the need for separate panic hardware and latch solutions.
This left-hand reverse configuration fits 1-3/4" minimum thickness doors with J-rail for 37-42" door widths (factory cut to size).
