The Sargent 80 Series MD8606J is a rim-mounted exit device engineered for commercial facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified panic hardware. Ideal for metal doors 1.75 inches or thicker, this device combines modular construction with minimal moving parts to deliver maintenance-free, durable security throughout a building's lifecycle.
This right-hand reverse model fits door widths up to 42 inches and mounts with supplied machine screws at 41 inches above finished floor.
