The Sargent 80 Series MD8610G is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for commercial and institutional doors requiring maximum security and durability. Built to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, this right-hand reverse (RHR) device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, ensuring maintenance-free operation and reliable egress control for metal doors 1.75 inches or thicker.
This model is configured for 32-inch door widths with standard hex-key dogging and accepts optional electric features including alarm, photoluminescent coating, latch monitoring, and delayed egress. Compatibility requires 4.5-inch minimum stile width and standard 650 top and 606 bottom strikes.
