The MD8610J LHR (left-hand reverse) configuration fits doors 37-42 inches wide with J-rail sizing factory-cut to specification. Compatible with standard 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, this device supports optional delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction features.
