The Sargent 80 Series MD8615E is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Built to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, it delivers durable security with minimal maintenance. Available in rim, mortise, surface vertical, and concealed vertical rod configurations, this RHR model suits right-hand reverse applications on doors 1.75 inches or thicker.
This device ships with stainless steel top bolt, 650 top strike, and 606 bottom strike. Installation requires 4.5-inch minimum stile width and proper rail sizing based on door width (E, F, J, or G rails for 24 to 48-inch openings).
