The Sargent 80 Series MD8615E is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Exceeding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, this right-hand reverse (RHR) device delivers durable security with modular construction and minimal moving parts, requiring virtually no maintenance throughout the building's life.
This rim-mounted device suits doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and accommodates door widths 24" to 48" with interchangeable rail sizes. Includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes for panic and fire-rated applications. Options include delayed egress, alarmed exit, electric latch retraction, photoluminescent coating, and monitoring features.
