The Sargent 80 Series MD8643G is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. This left-hand reverse (LHR) model with 32D strike configuration provides Grade 1 strength and cycle performance, requiring minimal maintenance while delivering reliable emergency egress and security. Ideal for facilities demanding long-term durability and code compliance.

This rim-mounted exit device installs on doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick and is compatible with E, F, J, or G rails depending on door width (24" to 48"). The 80 Series accepts optional delayed egress, alarm, electric latch retraction, and photoluminescent or illuminated touchpad upgrades.
