The Sargent 80 Series MD8643G exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar built for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for cycle and strength, delivering maintenance-free security with modular construction and few moving parts. Ideal for facilities requiring reliable egress control that lasts the life of the building.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and mounts at 41" from finished floor. Available rails accommodate door widths from 24" to 48".
