The Sargent 80 Series MD8674E-12V is a heavy-duty rim exit device engineered for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and high-traffic buildings, this device delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance with minimal maintenance, modular construction, and few moving parts to ensure dependable egress control throughout the life of your building.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) model fits doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and mounts at 41" from finished floor (38" for elementary schools). Available electric options include alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, touchpad, latch monitoring, and delayed egress. Sargent-supplied fasteners and stainless steel top bolt ensure durability.
