The Sargent 80 Series MD8674F-12V is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for commercial buildings requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for metal doors 1.75 inches or thicker, this rim-mounted device with right-hand reverse (RHR) configuration and 32D finish delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements.

This 12V electric model is compatible with standard metal door frames and includes factory-cut rail options (E, F, J, or G) based on your door width (24-48 inches). Installation requires 4.5-inch minimum stile width and a 41-inch centerline mounting height.
