The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock (MOCN8805FL) delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security for demanding commercial applications. Its reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and 3/4-inch throw latchbolt protect offices, retail, and institutional doors from unauthorized entry and forced access.
This lock fits standard 1-3/4-inch doors and installs with field-reversible handing, adjustable bevel front, and a non-handed strike for maximum flexibility. UL/cUL fire-rated to 3 hours. Comes keyed-random with two keys; 7-pin cylinders available.
