The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack delivers commercial-grade security for interior and exterior doors. Designed for offices, schools, hospitals and multi-tenant buildings, this ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock combines a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt with vandal-resistant trim to protect high-traffic entryways and reduce costly security breaches.
Field-reversible handing and quick lever installation simplify setup on 1-3/4" standard doors. The lock is UL/cUL fire-rated to 3 hours and backed by a 10-year mechanical warranty.
