Description
The Securitron Mortise UnLatch is an electric strike engineered for mortise-type locks in access control applications. It solves jamb modification by fitting standard ANSI 4-7/8" strike cutouts without cutting or altering the door frame, making it ideal for retrofits and new installations where security and convenience matter.
This fail-secure device maintains deadlatch function, releases under pressure and preload, and includes latch status monitoring as standard. Compatible with most North American mortise locks (Sargent 7800 and 8200 require optional STK-1 tab kit).
