The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack is engineered for commercial doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. It features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible design that simplifies installation on doors 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" thick. Ideal for high-traffic commercial and institutional applications.
This trim pack includes brass cylinders with two keys and works with standard 1-1/4" curved lip strikes. UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified for added protection.
