The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a commercial-grade security solution designed for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified strength and durability. Ideal for offices, retail, and institutional buildings, this lock features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and vandal-resistant trim to prevent forced entry and tampering on high-traffic doors.
This trim pack is field-reversible for left or right handing and fits standard 1-3/4 inch doors up to 3-1/4 inches thick. The lock is UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified.
