Description
The Rixson Model 30N LAP is a heavy-duty floor closer designed for interior and exterior double-acting doors weighing up to 200 lbs and measuring up to 4'0" x 8'6". It features a centering arm with adjustment screws and independent closing speed valves for each swing direction, making it ideal for high-traffic applications requiring reliable, consistent door control without hold-open functionality.
This non-handed closer installs via floor plate or threshold mount and works with standard #340 top pivots (extended spindles available). Available in Satin Chrome finish (US26D).
