Description
The Rixson Model 40N LAP is a heavy-duty floor closer designed for interior and exterior double-acting doors weighing up to 300 lbs and up to 4'0" x 8'6". It features a centering arm with face-mounted adjustment screws and separate closing speed valves for each swing direction, making it ideal for facilities requiring reliable, non-handed door control without hold-open functionality.
This non-hold-open model installs via floor plate or threshold and is compatible with standard top pivot #340 (not included). Extended spindles up to 2" longer than standard are available.
