Its single-piece cast aluminum body and 1-3/8 inch heat-treated steel piston deliver reliable performance for retrofit applications. The non-handed design works on both left- and right-swinging doors, and its industry-standard hole pattern minimizes installation time.
The SC61A mounts three ways and features separate adjustments for general speed, latch speed, and back check to accommodate changing climates and conditions.
