Description
The Falcon T581CP6D is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock built for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications. Constructed with compression springs that exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 testing standards, it features a removable cylinder for easy re-keying and retrofitting. Brass and cold-formed steel components with zinc plating and dichromatic finish provide rust resistance, while stainless steel springs ensure long-term reliability in demanding environments.
This non-handed lock fits standard door thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" with a 2-3/4" backset and accepts any manufacturer's cylinder in a 6-pin configuration (5-pin standard, 6-pin available at no charge).
