Description
The Falcon T Series T581PD is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock built for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications. Its compression spring design exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 testing requirements, making it ideal for heavy-abuse environments. The lock accepts any manufacturer's cylinder and features easy removable cylinders for quick re-keying and retrofitting without replacing hardware.
Standard door thickness fits 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" with 2-3/4" backset; thin door adapters and alternative backsets are available. The T581PD uses brass and cold-formed steel parts with zinc plating and stainless steel springs for rust resistance. Contact E.D.
