The Falcon TP50S S 606 is a mortise lock built for high-traffic commercial environments like offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. Its MA Series design combines dependable security with interchangeable core technology for simple re-keying, making it ideal for properties that need flexible access control without frequent lock replacement.
This lock accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and features a 1" stainless steel deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers and a 3/4" latch projection. It meets ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 and carries a 3-hour UL rating.
