The Norton 8301H is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer designed for interior and exterior commercial doors. It solves closing and latching problems on standard-weight doors, combining reliable performance with a compact footprint of 2-1/8 inches from the door surface. Non-handed design works on doors of either orientation.
The 8301H uses rack-and-pinion mechanics with a cast aluminum body rated for over 10 million cycles. Adjustable valves control sweep speed, latch speed, and backcheck intensity via hex key.
