The Yale 3000 Series architectural surface door closer combines reliability, durability and professional appearance for commercial applications. Designed for high-traffic entries, it features a cast aluminum body, rack and pinion mechanism, and adjustable spring sizes 1-6 to meet virtually any installation challenge. Non-handed design simplifies inventory and replacement.
This closer installs on standard door frames with 2-1/8" projection and accepts regular arm, top jamb, or parallel arm mounting options.
