Description
Yale's 3000 Series architectural surface door closer combines reliability, durability and professional appearance for commercial and institutional applications. The cast aluminum body features a rack and pinion design with staked valves, adjustable spring sizes 1-6, and separate latch, sweep and backcheck intensity controls to handle virtually any door application.
This non-handed closer accepts regular arm, top jamb and parallel arm mounting options, making it compatible with most commercial door frames.
