The Yale 8800 Series VIR8809FL mortise lock delivers ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security for commercial doors. Built with a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, this lock handles high-traffic applications while offering field-reversible handing and quick lever installation for easy setup.
Fits standard 1-3/4" doors (up to 3-1/4" available to order) with a 2-3/4" backset and includes a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder with two keys. UL/cUL fire-rated to 3 hours and backed by a 10-year mechanical warranty.
