The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade solution for secure door access in offices, hospitals, schools and multi-tenant buildings. Its reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certification deliver uncompromising strength and durability. Field-reversible latchbolt and quick lever handing simplify installation and future adjustments.
This mortise lock fits standard 1-3/4" doors and accommodates thicker doors by special order. The 6-pin keyed-random cylinder includes two keys; upgrade to 7-pin security upon request.
